D\u2019apr\u00e8s Villame en 2004, <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.openedition.org\/activites\/1270?lang=fr\">\u00ab&nbsp;elle vise \u00e0 \u00e9tudier l\u2019activit\u00e9 de conduite automobile dans un cadre lui permettant de se d\u00e9rouler le plus naturellement possible afin d\u2019\u00eatre en mesure de bien appr\u00e9hender le caract\u00e8re complexe, dynamique&nbsp;\u00bb<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-1-font-size\">Cette approche est \u00e0 l&rsquo;intersection de plusieurs disciplines et explore les relations entre contexte, cognition et actions. Elle s\u2019attache \u00e0 rendre compte de l\u2019activit\u00e9 humaine en la consid\u00e9rant comme une totalit\u00e9 complexe int\u00e9grant \u00e9motions, perceptions, interpr\u00e9tations, actions et communications des acteurs \u00e9tudi\u00e9s (Villame et Theureau, 2001). Le passage par la notion d\u2019activit\u00e9 offre la possibilit\u00e9 de ne pas d\u00e9naturer le comportement naturel de l\u2019usager en d\u00e9crivant la globalit\u00e9 de l\u2019activit\u00e9 du conducteur (Saad et Villame, 1996).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-rouge-color has-rouge-4-background-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"font-size:27px\"><strong>Nos m\u00e9thodes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-1-font-size\">Pour mener \u00e0 bien cette approche, nous employons diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de recueil de donn\u00e9es&nbsp;: des m\u00e9thodes quantitatives et des m\u00e9thodes qualitatives. Parmi les outils permettant de recueillir des donn\u00e9es quantitatives, nous utilisons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des cam\u00e9ras embarqu\u00e9es. Celles-ci permettent d&rsquo;obtenir des r\u00e9sultats objectifs concernant les comportements de conduite. La litt\u00e9rature internationale privil\u00e9gie largement cette approche. Les donn\u00e9es subjectives sont quant-\u00e0-elles r\u00e9colt\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019entretiens ou de questionnaires sur le point de vue des conducteurs \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats qualitatifs viennent apporter du \u00ab&nbsp;sens&nbsp;\u00bb, de l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation aux mesures de l\u2019approche quantitative. <a href=\"https:\/\/ergocentre.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ergocentre<\/a> s\u2019inscrit dans cette dynamique en alliant ces deux types de recueil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-1-font-size\">Concr\u00e8tement, les cam\u00e9ras nous permettent d\u2019obtenir des donn\u00e9es sur la dynamique du v\u00e9hicule (vitesse, acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration, freinage\u2026), les itin\u00e9raires et infrastructures emprunt\u00e9s, ainsi que les man\u0153uvres d\u2019urgence (freinage fortement appuy\u00e9, \u00e9vitement). Par ailleurs, les entretiens d\u2019auto-confrontation impliquent des usagers confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une situation de conduite film\u00e9e. Cela nous permet de discuter des risques rencontr\u00e9s, du comportement, du processus cognitif, et des \u00e9motions. Les questionnaires, quant-\u00e0-eux, sont bas\u00e9s sur ceux de la litt\u00e9rature scientifique. Ils nous permettent d\u2019appuyer les r\u00e9ponses obtenues en entretien \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019\u00e9chelle de mesure.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/VVkAYucuQSfyjWgrZfaAWCkxpAJ4j_VdphP1VvjQFHnjc1vYhSnh3Z4O0suyYWpLFp9nNiiJvBwD3wL3hM_Xp7MLBvjSzkP0xmkggrqaNYQYkl9NuHedG2SEpry8oak4kLpFupgrn6at\" alt=\"\u00e9tude naturelle en mobilit\u00e9: les outils\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-rouge-color has-rouge-4-background-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"font-size:27px\"><strong>Notre d\u00e9marche<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li class=\"has-body-1-font-size\">Tout d&rsquo;abord, nous \u00e9quipons environ 80 participants de cam\u00e9ras embarqu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019harnais ou de supports de casque.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li class=\"has-body-1-font-size\">Ils filment leurs trajets du quotidien pendant 1 ou 2 mois. Ensuite, ils remplissent un journal de bord. Ils retracent leur itin\u00e9raire, le moment de la prise de l\u2019incident, la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, et les situations \u00e0 risque rencontr\u00e9es.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li class=\"has-body-1-font-size\">Par la suite, nous les revoyons lors d\u2019entretiens d\u2019auto-confrontation que nous r\u00e9alisons chaque semaine. Au cours de ces derniers, nous \u00e9changeons sur les situations dangereuses rencontr\u00e9es (am\u00e9nagement, signal\u00e9tique, acteurs impliqu\u00e9s, type de v\u00e9hicule, actions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, d\u00e9faillances cognitives, etc).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:9px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li class=\"has-body-1-font-size\">Enfin, les conducteurs interrog\u00e9s remplissent un questionnaire afin de cl\u00f4turer l\u2019\u00e9tude puis re\u00e7oivent une indemnit\u00e9 sous forme de ch\u00e8ques-cadeaux.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-body-1-font-size\">En d\u00e9finitive, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude naturelle, y compris dans la mobilit\u00e9, a ses avantages et inconv\u00e9nients, tels que les biais de comportement des conducteurs. Nous accompagnons souvent cette approche de questionnaires diffus\u00e9s \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par des partenaires de recherche.
